We are pleased to announce that we have opened our eighth office in the region. Neyer Management was selected by Capitol Partners to provide property management services for their landmark office building, 405 Capitol Street. This 140,000 sq. ft. property was originally built as a metropolitan hotel, the Daniel Boone Hotel, in the 1920s. In the 1980s, it was converted to office use. The 12-floors hold an assortment of private and public sector businesses, including several US Government offices.
Using this office as a foothold, we are now better able to service a range of properties in West Virginia for private owners, special servicers, receivers, lenders, etc.
