At Neyer Management, we understand that the needs of a property are dynamic over time and that no two properties require an identical solution.  We standardize processes and systems for quality assurance where we can, but we never lose sight of the fact that the we need to make our system meet the needs of the property; not make the property meet the needs of our system.

There are some clients for whom we provide only some very limited maintenance services.  There are other clients who have us do only some accounting and administrative tasks.  We also have a number of arrangements that have started in one way, but evolved to something else over time.
