DunnhumbyUSA has experienced a sustained period of extraordinary growth.  When they were preparing to move into their new 160,000 sq. ft. office building in downtown Cincinnati, they decided to engage Neyer to operate the facility for them. 

Even though they have a facilities staff in-house, dunnhumbyUSA wanted that group to be able to focus on strategic issues and growth in multiple markets while the daily operations of their facility kept smoothly proceeding. 

Neyer put a Senior Property Manager at the building part-time and also assigned a primary maintenance technician to the facility.  From facilitating the initial move-in to planning for subsequent expansions, Neyer is proud to be considered a member of the dunnhummbyUSA team.
