Group Health Associates

Group Health Associates is a growing, multi-disciplinary healthcare provider with 10 locations throughout Greater Cincinnati.  They had some great team members in facilities and some great outcomes in their buildings, but they wanted some additional structure and some greater resources to measure their performance. 

Neyer crafted a customized solution where the dedicated team members remained employees of Group Health Associates, a member of the Tri-Health Hospital system family of companies, but worked with a Senior Property Manager from Neyer who was able to introduce some best practices and structure to the positive things that were already happening. 

In the first year of the assignment, more than $200,000 in savings was generated and response times to service requests were decreased from their already favorable levels.
