Current initiatives underway include: IAQ (indoor air quality) monitoring, low VOC paints, Energy Management System upgrades and setback refinements, CO monitoring to reduce HVAC utilization, sustainable restroom supplies purchasing, irrigation reduction management, integrated pest management to reduce toxins, Energy Star Certifications (multiple sites), building materials life cycle management, building wide single-stream recycling programs (multiple sites), and many others. 

We manage a 430,000 sq. ft. distribution and fulfillment center with 475 employees where we have achieved 92% landfill diversion rate and, with yield management of recycled materials, consistent negative costs for waste management.
