132,000 sq. ft. suburban office  

This new, class-A suburban office building was selected as the headquarters for Sara Lee U.S. Foods in 2001.  Subsequent corporate reorganizations have made way for multiple subtenants, including Coca Cola Enterprises and a pharmaceutical company.  Neyer has arranged for smooth operations through each of these complex arrangements.  

 

This property led to the development of one of Neyer's unique competitive advantages.  In response to Sara Lee’s four floors having multiple, regular needs for service, we developed our internet-based tenant message center.  This tool, unique to Neyer in the marketplace, has been so well received that we subsequently rolled it out to other large tenants.
