Working with the owner of this building from the time of their purchase through the redevelopment of the center, Neyer Management has been a key team member in bringing this building to a successful redevelopment.  Maintaining retail presence at flex rates puts a constant tension on the management of the building, but it is apparently being handled effectively in that the building has experienced hardly any vacancy since its conversion.
