25,000 sq. ft. medical procedures building  

This building is open for patients seven days a week. The extended hours of operation are challenging for both security and janitorial considerations.  Additionally, as in any medical facility, patients coming to the facility want to have confidence in the medical practitioners they are coming to see.  This means that the tenants place an even greater than usual emphasis on the proper appearance and function of the building.
