The Lease Administration Department at Neyer Management offers another layer of service to our clients, supporting both property management and accounting. The department maintains a centralized, consistent data base of all tenant records.
Services include lease document storage and information management, lease abstracting by professionals with both accounting and property management experience, monitoring of critical dates, operating expense estimates and reconciliations, tenant charges and compliance.
